1. Who we are
Massar Prime is a professional learning and coaching brand operated by Amr Shehata in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how Massar Prime handles personal data submitted through website forms, direct enquiries, email, WhatsApp and professional social-media channels.
Contact: amr@massarprime.com
2. Personal data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, professional role, the stage you are at in a professional-registration or learning journey, and information you choose to provide in your enquiry. We may also receive limited campaign and device information, such as the source of an enquiry and interaction data.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess suitability for relevant coaching or learning services, arrange consultations, provide requested services, maintain reasonable business records, improve communications and services, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Consent, contact and marketing
By submitting a lead form or contacting Massar Prime, you ask us to respond to your enquiry. Where consent is required, we use it for the stated purpose. We may send relevant follow-up information about the service you requested. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time by emailing amr@massarprime.com.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data only where reasonably necessary with service providers that support advertising, email, communication, lead management, scheduling, file storage or other business operations, or where required by law.
6. International processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards and to handle information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Unless a longer period is required by law or needed to manage an active client relationship, lead-form enquiry data is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
At the end of the retention period the record is deleted from the Google Sheet and from the linked mailbox, including the folders that hold deleted items, so that no working copy of the enquiry remains.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data where appropriate, restriction or objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through open communication channels unless it is necessary and a secure method has been agreed.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled, write to amr@massarprime.com with the word Complaint in the subject line. Massar Prime acknowledges privacy complaints within 5 working days and aims to give a substantive reply within 30 days.
If you remain unsatisfied, you may raise the matter with the data protection authority that supervises you. In Saudi Arabia this is the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page and the effective date will be updated.
Revision history. 1 July 2026, first published. 20 August 2026, added how records are destroyed at the end of the retention period, a complaints route with response times, and the competent supervisory authority.
