1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Massar Prime website, the coaching services and the digital study resources offered by Massar Prime, a professional learning and coaching brand operated by Amr Shehata in Saudi Arabia. 2. Independence and no affiliation
Massar Prime is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of the Engineering Council, the IET, ICE, IMechE, CIBSE, the CIOB, PMI, the Saudi Council of Engineers or any other institution or certifying body. Any institution or credential named on this site is referred to only to describe the support offered. PgMP is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
3. Nature of the services
Coaching is independent guidance and preparation support built around your own experience, evidence and decisions. Digital resources are study aids designed to support your own preparation. Neither is a substitute for an institution, an employer, formal training, the official requirements of any body, or your own study and judgement.
4. No guaranteed outcome
Massar Prime does not and cannot guarantee any professional-registration decision, membership result, examination pass, salary, promotion, visa, role or other outcome. Those decisions rest solely with the relevant institution, assessment panel, examiner or authority. There is no automatic equivalence or transfer between different bodies or credentials.
5. Your work stays your own
You remain responsible for your own application, submission and representations. Massar Prime does not write an applicant's professional-registration submission as if it were their own work, and does not present independent guidance as institutional instruction. You confirm that information you provide about your experience is accurate and your own.
6. Digital products and intellectual property
Digital products, including the PgMP Connector, are licensed to you for your own personal study. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish or reproduce them, in whole or in part, without written permission. All content on this site and in the products remains the property of Massar Prime or its licensors.
7. Payments
Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment and invoicing. Massar Prime does not collect card details through this website. Coaching services are scoped and agreed before any payment, and paid through the method agreed at that time.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website and any materials lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, copy or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its forms or its systems.
9. Limitation of liability
The website and materials are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, Massar Prime is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on general guidance. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page and the effective date updated.
