1. Digital study resources
The PgMP Connector and any other digital resource are downloadable products delivered instantly after purchase. Because access to the full content is granted immediately, no refunds are offered once the files have been downloaded. Please read the product description and the sample pages carefully before you buy, and check that the edition and format suit you.
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. If something goes wrong with the delivery itself, for example you cannot access your files, or the product is materially not as described, contact us at amr@massarprime.com and we will look into it and help put it right.
2. Coaching services
Coaching is scoped and agreed with you before any payment. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to find another time. Where a session or agreed piece of work has not yet been delivered, we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling or a refund of the undelivered part. Once time has been given or work has been delivered, fees reflect the work already carried out.

Statutory rights that apply to you under applicable law are not affected by this policy.
